Terms of use

1. Eligibility

• Use of the platform is permitted only to persons over 18 years of age, with full legal capacity, residing in Brazil.
• Registration is prohibited for persons barred under art. 26 of Law 14,790/2023, such as partners, directors and employees of the operator, public officials responsible for regulating or supervising the sector, persons with influence over results (athletes, referees, officials) and persons diagnosed with gambling disorder.
• Each person may hold only one account, linked to their own CPF.

2. Registration and account

• The information provided at registration must be true, complete and up to date. The CPF is validated against official databases and the account name is the name of the document holder.
• The operator may request documents and facial recognition at any time to confirm identity (KYC) and comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out on your account. Notify support immediately in case of unauthorized use.
• Accounts with false information, duplicate accounts or accounts used by third parties may be suspended or closed, with funds withheld as provided by law.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

• Deposits and withdrawals are made exclusively via PIX, from and to bank accounts held by the same holder as the registered CPF. We do not accept third-party payments, cash, credit cards or crypto assets.
• Deposited amounts become available as betting balance. Withdrawals are processed after the applicable security and identity checks.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are shown in the cashier and may vary according to the method and the account profile.

4. Bonuses and promotions

Bonuses, free spins, missions, tournaments and other promotions have their own rules (wagering requirements, deadlines, eligible games and maximum amounts), stated on the page of each offer. In case of conflict, the specific rules of the promotion prevail.

The operator may cancel bonuses and winnings resulting from abusive use, fraud, multiple accounts or breach of the promotion rules.

5. Game rules

• Games are supplied by certified studios and their results are generated by audited random mechanisms. The paytable and return to player (RTP) of each game are available within the game itself.
• In the event of a technical failure or malfunction, the affected round is voided and bets are refunded, in accordance with the provider's rules.
• The use of bots, scripts, exploitation of bugs or any practice that compromises the integrity of the games is prohibited.

6. Responsible gaming

7. Suspension and closure

You may close your account at any time through support; the available balance will be transferred via PIX to an account held by the same holder. The operator may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law, upon notice to the account holder.

8. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated. Relevant changes will be announced on the platform and, where required, we will ask for your renewed acceptance.

Brazilian law applies, in particular Law 14,790/2023, the Consumer Protection Code and SPA/MF regulations. The courts of the consumer's domicile shall have jurisdiction.
